To promote sustainability, our brand offers the following: 

Repairs

We are committed to sustainability by offering repair services for your jewelry whenever feasible. Under our one-year warranty, repairs are free of charge (valid for one time only). For repairs outside the warranty, the cost includes shipping and any additional material expenses. To encourage sustainable practices, we offer a 20% discount on material costs for repairs. To begin the repair process, please use our contact form to describe the damage to your jewelry, allowing us to assess its reparability.

Upcycling

Our brand frequently upcycles jewelry pieces, and we are excited to extend this service to you. Custom upcycling orders start at $25, with final costs varying based on materials and creation time. If you’re interested in collaborating on an upcycling project, please contact us!

One-Year Warranty

To utilize your one-year warranty, please use our contact form.

Under our one-year warranty, we offer the following options:

  1. Full refund
  2. Free repair of the item
  3. Free upcycling of the jewelry into a new piece

Eligibility: This warranty applies exclusively to jewelry that is gold-plated stainless steel and gold-filled metal. It does not cover defects caused by misuse, accidental damage, or physical wear and tear.

Covered Defects:

  • Manufacturing defects impacting the structure of the jewelry
  • Complete tarnishing of the jewelry within one year
  • Design defects requiring a recall or redesign (identified if more than 6% of customers report the issue within three months)
  • Uneven settings or prongs upon receiving the order
  • Chips or scratches in stones upon receiving the order
  • Lost or loose stones upon receiving the order
  • Misshapen rings due to transit mishandling upon receiving the order
  • Band separation from the ring head upon receiving the order
  • Broken earring posts, chains, bracelet links, or clasps due to transit mishandling upon receiving the order
  • Total loss of gold plating within one year due to water exposure (excluding exposure to harsh chemicals)

Non-Covered Conditions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost items after order receipt
  • Dents, nicks, and scratches from normal use (e.g., bent rings, broken chains)
  • Discoloration or tarnishing from chemicals, sweating, makeup, cooking, swimming, hot tubs, bathing, hand creams, sanitizers, or perfumes
  • Oxidation from improper storage or use
  • Damage from improper care, including contact with household chemicals and hygiene products
  • Damage from “hands-on” activities, resulting in misshapen rings or lost stones
  • Bent or worn prongs causing stone loss from normal wear or damage
  • Lost stones or prongs weakened by dropping the jewelry on hard surfaces
  • Any modifications by third parties outside of Muses Jewelry
